LMAO! Well said. I also have a problem when books overuse terms - especially those that are not considered common (to the times). However, I did have the pleasure of reading one of her novellas from the Rough Rider series. It is all I have read from James so far. It was good, but you would likely classify that one as pornography. It was loaded with sex, but also a follow up to characters we would have otherwise been introduced to previously. That said, I can do that type of story if the rest of the story is balanced out with the high amounts of sex. While the novella was a bit much, I am curious enough to want to read a full-length novel. I am thinking the Rough Riders may be a bit much, so I will be giving the Blacktop Cowboys a try instead. Thanks much for your thoughts!GzNKz4evrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17030779466005116156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-123603528924575232.post-58895567057169973452011-12-21T10:40:11.968-07:002011-12-21T10:40:11.968-07:00I've read a few of the books in Lorelei James&...I've read a few of the books in Lorelei James' Rough Rider series and enjoyed them, overall. Being a city girl at heart, I sometimes find myself lost with some of the things which occur in the stories, but I agree... she puts more into them than just sex. There is a definitive plot line to them.

I can't read out of order, so I will have to pick up the first two books before reading this one. *bats lashes innocently* What? It's just how it's done... you read in order. It's not an excuse to buy more books!Between the Covers Louisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17098082927416340716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-123603528924575232.post-950267764033290912011-12-19T05:34:48.309-07:002011-12-19T05:34:48.309-07:00Haven't read this one yet. There are
600,000 words in the English language, I would think that the author could have chosen other words.

OpinionsToGo"As We Speak"https://www.blogger.com/profile/16691300732159827770noreply@blogger.com
